TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using The Scroll Studio website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

The Scroll Studio provides content creation, automation solutions, and technology services for businesses.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

Service specifications, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in individual project agreements.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide timely feedback and approvals as required for project progress.

You will not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement.

The Scroll Studio retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All pre-existing materials, templates, frameworks, and tools used in creating deliverables remain the property of The Scroll Studio.

Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses.

Standard payment structure: 50% deposit before work begins, 50% upon approval of final deliverables.

No work will commence until the initial deposit is received.

Final deliverables and assets will be released only after full payment is received.

Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in suspension of services.

Alternative payment structures may be arranged for larger projects and will be specified in the project agreement.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.

This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship.

The Scroll Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from the use of our services.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that our services will meet all your requirements or that results will be achieved within specific timeframes.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of our deliverables but cannot guarantee error-free outputs.

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement.

Upon termination, you agree to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

Provisions regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability survive termination.

If the client terminates the project after work has commenced, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable as it covers planning, preparation, and work already completed.

If the client cancels before any work begins, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total project value applies. The remaining deposit will be refunded.

If The Scroll Studio fails to deliver agreed-upon services without valid cause, the client is entitled to a full refund of any payments made for undelivered work.

Refunds do not apply if project delays are caused by the client (e.g., delayed feedback, missing assets, scope changes).

Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.

Partial deliverables completed before termination remain the property of The Scroll Studio until full payment for that work is received.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of significant changes.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or appropriate legal channels.
